Your journey begins with Registered Nurse and Skin Therapist, Kate Del Rio, at Re-fresh Skin & Body Wellness. Following a comprehensive medical consultation, Nurse Kate will design a personalised treatment plan tailored to your aesthetic concerns, goals, and medical history.

During this consultation, we will address any concerns you may have with the appearance of your skin, such as:

• Visible signs of ageing (wrinkles and fine lines)

• Volume loss and facial contour changes

• Uneven skin texture or tone

• Skin vitality and overall appearance

Kate will then assess your needs, explore suitable treatment options, and outline a treatment plan that includes costs and recommended procedures.

All medical aesthetic consultations are obligation-free and focused on your safety, well-being, and informed decision-making.

Some treatment options may include prescription-only interventions, which will be provided only when clinically appropriate. In affiliation with Juv’ae, a Telehealth consultation with an expert cosmetic medical practitioner may also take place on the day of your appointment. This ensures medical oversight, confirms suitability for your treatment plan, and authorises prescriptions for treatments over the next 12 months. A script fee of $50 applies for prescribed treatments and is valid for 12 months.
