Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Re-fresh Skin & Body Wellness. Our gift vouchers are a thoughtful way to treat someone special to personalised skin, beauty and wellness services.

Please review the following Terms & Conditions before purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher.

1. Validity & Expiry

  • Purchased gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is specified.

  • The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the voucher.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date.

 

2. Redemption

  • Gift vouchers are redeemable for eligible treatments and services at Re-fresh Skin & Body Wellness.

  • Appointments are subject to availability, and advance bookings are recommended.

  • Gift vouchers may be redeemed over multiple visits until the full value has been used.

  • Any remaining balance will remain available until the voucher's expiry date.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

 

3. Treatment Suitability

  • All treatments are subject to consultation and individual suitability.

  • Certain services, including medical aesthetic treatments and IV nutrient therapy, require a health assessment and may require approval from an authorised medical prescriber.

  • If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, an alternative eligible service may be offered or the voucher value may be applied towards another suitable treatment, subject to the client's agreement and Australian Consumer Law.

  • Additional consultation or prescribing fees may apply where disclosed before booking.

 

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a cancellation fee in accordance with our booking policy, provided the fee has been disclosed and is lawful.

  • Cancellation fees will not apply where doing so would breach Australian Consumer Law.

 

5. Refunds & Transfers

  • Gift vouchers are generally non-refundable for change of mind.

  • Refunds and other remedies will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person, provided they have not been fully redeemed and any treatment-specific eligibility requirements are met.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

  • Please keep your gift voucher details secure.

  • Lost or misplaced vouchers may be reissued where proof of purchase and the remaining balance can be verified.

  • Re-fresh Skin & Body Wellness is not responsible for unauthorised redemption where reasonable security measures have been applied, subject to applicable consumer rights.

 

7. General Conditions

  • Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.

  • Treatment prices may change. Monetary gift vouchers retain their remaining dollar value and may be applied towards the current price of eligible services.

  • Re-fresh Skin & Body Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions for future purchases. Changes will not remove existing voucher holders' rights.

 

All gift vouchers are subject to Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
